Our courier collects every Wednesday & Friday. Keep an eye on your email for when your package has been shipped.

For local deliveries (Cape Town, Cape Winelands, Northern Suburbs and Southern Suburbs) it usually takes 1-2 working days. 

For deliveries outside of the abovementioned perimeters, it takes between 1-5 working days.

You will receive a notification via sms or email when your parcel has been sent as well when it is scheduled for delivery. You can track your parcel by entering the Waybill number in the tracking box on Pargo's website.

Your order will be ready within 2 to 3 working days after your purchase. Please keep an eye on your email for pickup notification.

Yes! You can pick up your parcel for free at our shop located at 79 Lower Main Road, Observatory, Cape Town. 

Orders placed between Thursday and Tuesday will be ready for collection on the coming Wednesday.
